Course Description

While many individuals are talented and have core strengths that help them to succeed, real success requires more than just talent. Strengths and knowledge are essential, but the key to unlocking an individual’s ability to reach their full potential is their state of mind, or attitude.

This session will look at Winning Attitudes, exploring the 10 critical components of a Winning Attitude and the 7 unique strengths of a Winner. We reveal the Winning themes from our research of 42 successful Entrepreneurs, CEOs and Olympians, including: Rugby World Cup-winning coach Sir Clive Woodward OBE, Olympic Swimmer Mark Foster, Ann Summers’ CEO Jacqueline Gold CBE, and Founder of the Katie Piper Foundation Katie Piper. Whilst bringing our research to life through our interviewee’s stories, we will highlight the differentiators of the most successful people in industry.

We invite the audience to complete our online Winning Attitude tool and Strength Insights Questionnaire to gain a thorough understanding of their reports. We will also train the audience on how to use the tools to strengthen their assessment or development processes, including how to conduct, administer and give feedback on each tool.

Winning Attitude
