Chris is highly experienced in the use of techniques such as competency based interviewing; behavioural assessment methods, business analysis exercises, situational judgement tests and role-play scenarios. In addition to this he is qualified at levels A and B.
Chris’s interests are in selection and development from graduate to CEO level, spanning small size companies up to multi-billion dollar corporations. His project work has been focused on the following areas: Talent identification, individual and group assessment techniques for selection and leadership development and coaching, often in change management situations.
He holds and is trained to use a number of psychometrics some of which include Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Decision Styles, OPQ, Wave, Wave 360, NEO-PIR, 16pf, Firo B, MBTI, HDS, CPP and Gordon’s.
