Her experience and expertise is in the areas of recruitment and assessment for Director and C-suite level appointments, assessor training, career development, succession planning, designing and delivering assessment centres, conducting outplacement counselling and career planning and campaign management.
Sarah graduated from Middlesex University in 1995 with a BA Honours degree in Business Studies. Sarah is member of the Association for Business Psychology.
Sarah’s interests are talent management, succession, high performing teams, inspiring leaders, winning attitude, talent and potential. Sarah supported Amanda and the team to research and deliver four white papers looking at talent and potential.
She is trained to use a number of psychometrics some of which include Strengths Insight, Culture Fit, Decision Styles, Winning Attitude, OPQ, Wave, Wave 360, NEO-PIR, 16pf, Firo B, MBTI, HDS, MVPI, HPI and CPP.
